General Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, the law does not allow us to accept opened returns. This is to protect you as well as our staff from potential health threats.
This way you can be assured that all products from Slave For Love are new and have never been used or exposed to potential health hazards.
Once shipped an order is deemed yours. Once opened a product is assummed used.
There are absolutely no replacements or refunds of merchandise showing any sign of use or wear.
You will receive a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee upon the receipt of unopened items that have been authorized for return.
Toys, Gear & Apparel Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed against manufacturers defect. Any item that shows a defect 'out-of-box' and has not been used, may be returned within 15 days, to be replaced with the exact same model.
Should this occur, contact us immediately at Customer Service for a Return Authorization #. No returns are accepted without an RA #. Defective items must be received by us prior to replacement.
Male Chastity Device Guarantee:
Our polycarbonite CB Series male chastity devices (only) carry a one year replacement warranty for normal breakage. The warranty is administered by the original USA manufacturer, A. L. Enterprises, Inc.
Should this occur, contact us ASAP at Customer Service to arrange for the return of the defective part, which must be received prior to replacement.
Exception: Shoe Sizing
Footwear may be exchanged for size only, for the same item. They must be in original packaging and show absolutely no signs of wear. Item must be in perfect condition to go back into inventory. Which items qualify for exchange is at our sole discretion.
To request a size exchange, contact us immediately at Customer Service for a Return Authorization #. No returns are accepted without an RA #. Defective items must be received by us prior to replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: SIZES RUN SMALL. If you are a 1/2 size for shoes, please order the next size up.
A 20% fee will appy in all approved exchanges.
Out Of Stock Items and Back Orders:
Our fill-rate averages 90% to 95% and we make efforts to label items that are Out Of Stock. However there may be times when an item has missed being labeled.
We will contact you if an O.S. item appears on your order. You can (1) have us cancel the item, (2) cancel the entire order, or (3) put the item on Back Order and wait for it come back into inventory.
We will try to give you an estimate as to when we expect Back Orders in.
Canceled & Refused Orders:
Orders canceled prior to shipment will be credited back the cost of the merchandise less a 5% processing fee.
Unopened refused orders will be credited back the cost of the merchandise less a 25% re-stocking fee.
Privacy:
Orders arrive in a plain brown box or manila envelope, with generic shipping labels, to be totally discreet. "Slave For Love" is not in the return address. There is nothing interesting on the outside. Click here for more details about your Security & Privacy.
Split Shipments
Due to our large inventory there are times when we will arrange delivery for part of your order to ship directly from an alternate supplier who has the item in stock.
It's a fairly common practice and there is no need for concern if the first package you receive contains only part of your order. The second will be following shortly.
This offers you more selection, lower prices, and less waiting.
If delivery of your entire order goes beyond the shipment times we list above then you should contact us.
