  1. Are your products guaranteed?
    All products are guaranteed against defect. Any item that shows a defect 'out-of-box' may be returned within 15 days, to be replaced with the exact same item.

  2. Is your shipping discreet?
    Orders arrive in a plain brown box or manila envelope, with generic shipping labels, to be totally discreet. "Slave For Love" is not in the return address.

  3. What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our products there are no returns with the exception of manufacturer defects. We cannot accept returns of defective products that show any sign of use.

  4. Do you have a catalog?
    With the world wide web as our store front window we do not produce a print catalog. This reduces costs that we pass along as savings to you.

  5. What if my order has an out of stock item?
    We will contact you if an out of stock item appears on your order. You can (1) have us cancel the item, (2) cancel the entire order, or (3) put the item on Back Order and wait for it come back into inventory.

  7. Are there taxes on my orders?
    Sales tax is charged in the state of Illinois only at a rate of 9.2500%.

    In Canada and overseas there may be Duty Fees beyond our control.

    We do not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. This includes e-mail and mailing addresses. Please see our Privacy Notice for more details.

  9. Why did my package contain only part of my order?
    Due our large inventory there are times when we will arrange delivery for part of your order to ship directly from an alternate supplier who has the item in stock.

    It's a fairly common practice in this business and there is no need for concern if the first package you receive contains only part of your order. The second will be following shortly.

    This practice offers you more selection, lower prices, and less waiting.

    If delivery of your entire order goes beyond the shipment times we list above then you should contact us.
