Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, the law does not allow us to accept returns of sex toys or intimate apparel. This protects you as well as our staff from potential health hazards.
This means you can be assured that all products from Slave For Love are new and have never been used or exposed to potential health hazards. Exception: shoes.
Once shipped an order is deemed yours. Once opened a product is assummed used.
There are no replacements or refunds of merchandise showing any sign of use or wear.
We charge a 25% re-stocking fee for refused shipments to cover freight and handling.
Exception: Defect
All products are guaranteed against manufacturers defect. Any item that shows a defect 'out-of-box' and has not been used, may be returned within 15 days, to be replaced with the exact same model.
Should this occur, contact us immediately at Customer Service for a Return Authorization #. No returns are accepted without an RA #. Defective items must be received by us prior to replacement.
If we are unable to replace the item, you will recieve a store credit for the cost of the merchandise. Credit is authorized upon reciept of the item that is defective (not broken), unused, and approved.
Exception: Shoe Sizing
Footwear may be exchanged for size only, for the same item. They must be in original packaging and show absolutely no signs of wear. Item must be in perfect condition to go back into inventory. Which items qualify for exchange is at our sole discretion.
To request a size exchange, contact us immediately at Customer Service for a Return Authorization #. No returns are accepted without an RA #. Items must be received by us prior to replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: SIZES RUN SMALL. If you are a 1/2 size for shoes, please order the next size up.
A 20% handling fee will appy in all approved exchanges.
